While we don't actually offer this on our menu, we felt the need to include it since Poppy grew up eating this as a main source of food. Many times in his adult life, he would enjoy harvesting and cooking what reminded him of his adventurous childhood....(The dish in the picture is the last time he ever made swamp cabbage. He was 86 years young at the time)
